نقش فرهنگ نواحی روستا-شهری در ایجاد تغییرات فرهنگی-اجتماعی با رویکرد توسعه پایدار شهری (نمونه موردی: شهر شیراز)

چکیده

توسعه پایدار به مفهوم مدیریت یکپارچه پایداری اکولوژیکی و توسعه اقتصادی - اجتماعی به منظور دستیابی به بهبود شرایط انسانی می‌باشد. از طرفی هدف این پژوهش ارتقاء توانمندی‏‌ها در حوزه اجتماعی-فرهنگی و همچنین ارزیابی میزان تأثیر عوامل توسعه پایدار شهری بر آهنگ تغییرات فرهنگی و اجتماعی در جهت‏دهی به ارتباطات روستائیان با نظام شهری با بهره‏گیری از راهبرد‌های توسعه‏پایدار‏شهری می‌باشد. این پژوهش که در رسته پژوهش‌‌های کاربردی می‌باشد با روش توصیفی و تحلیلی انجام شده است. روش جمع‌آوری داده‌‌ها، پیمایش میدانی با استفاده از ابزار پرسشنامه است. جامعه آماری شامل ساکنان 34 آبادی از شهر شیراز و تعیین حجم نمونه با استفاده از فرمول کوکران 363 خانوار از روستا‌های منتخب به عنوان نمونه تصادفی انتخاب شده است. برای دسته‌بندی شاخص‌‌ها و امتیازدهی بر اساس پاسخ‌‌های دریافت شده از ساکنان منتخب از آزمون تحلیل عاملی و آزمون t زوجی استفاده شده است، نتایج بدست‏آمده بدین شرح است که بر اساس روش تحلیل عاملی مجموعا 74/0 درصد از واریانس را می‌پوشاند و همچنین در آزمون کرویت بارتلت با سطح 000/0 نشان دهنده کفایت نمونه گیری می‌باشد. ضریب آلفای کرونباخ برای شاخص‌‌های تایید شده در تحلیل عاملی شامل عوامل اجتماعی-فرهنگی 897/0، عوامل اقتصادی 925/0، عوامل زیست محیطی 844/0 و عوامل آهنگ تغییرات عوامل فرهنگی 898/0 می‌باشد و با استفاده آزمون T زوجی هر یک زیر شاخص‌‌های عوامل توسعه پایدار شهری به صورت جداگانه تأثیرگذار بر کاهش مهاجرت‌‌های روستا-شهری و کاهش آهنگ تغییرات فرهنگی می‌باشد.

چکیده [English]

Sustainable development means integrated management of ecological sustainability and socio - economic development in order to achieve better human conditions. On the other hand, the purpose of this study is to improve the capabilities in the socio - cultural field and also to evaluate the impact of sustainable urban development factors on the pace of cultural and social change in directing the villagers' relationship with the urban system using sustainable urban development strategies. is. This research, which is in the field of applied research , has been done by descriptive and analytical methods. The method of data collection is field survey using a questionnaire. The statistical population includes the residents of 34 villages in Shiraz and the sample size was determined using the Cochran' s formula of 363 households from selected villages as a random sample. Factor analysis and paired t-test were used to classify the indicators and score based on the answers received from the selected residents. The results are as follows: based on the factor analysis method, a total of 0.74 % of the variance Cover and also in Bartlett spherical test with a level of 0.000 indicates the adequacy of sampling. Cronbach' s alpha coefficient for the indicators confirmed in the factor analysis includes socio-cultural factors 0.897 , economic factors 0.925 , environmental factors 0.444 and cultural factors change rate 0.898 and using paired t - test each One of the sub - indicators of sustainable urban development factors is individually effective in reducing rural - urban migration and reducing the rate of cultural change.
