چکیده [English]

City and urbanization is a prominent social process that has largely transformed human interaction with the environment and with other human beings. Over time, this residential center has grown, expanded and expanded due to the prevailing environmental demands and socio-economic conditions. What is important in the current decade is the issue of sustainability in different dimensions of the quality of life of citizens in different cities. The present study aims to investigate the socio-cultural factors affecting the process of sustainable development in the city of Asaluyeh. this research; The type of research has been descriptive-analytical and cross-sectional and correlational, and the statistical population is all citizens over 18 years of age living in Assaluyeh. The number of samples was selected based on Morgan's table, and finally 397 correct questionnaires were used for the final analysis and the sampling method was random. The measurement tool in this study was also a questionnaire. And with the help of Spss software, the obtained data have been analyzed. The results show that in the city under study, independent variables such as the use of mass media with coefficients (5 = 215 = 215), the use of books and magazines (6/29/29), expertise and skills (3/7/07), governance Well (6/65/65), environmental behaviors (4/44 = 44), willingness to participate (4/6/56), citizenship rights (9/02/09) and leisure time (4/4/74 =). Thus, internal changes have predicted a variable of sustainable urban development, with economic factors playing the most important role.
Extended abstract:
Introduction:

Understanding the concept of sustainable urban development (in particular) and understanding the role of urban planning in relation to it requires attention to the principles and pillars of sustainable development (in general). In recent years, the issue of sustainable urban development has been considered as an important scientific topic in all societies and has occupied a large part of urban development literature. In this regard, various aspects of sustainable urban development have been studied, analyzed, analyzed and evaluated from different angles, and solutions have been considered in the form of different perspectives. Sustainable urban development and quantitative measurement and spatial representation are important issues in urban planning. Now, more than two decades have passed since the beginning of the South Pars development project in the region and the city of Asaluyeh. Therefore, it can be evaluated from different angles. This project was created with the strategy of creating a national industrial growth pole due to the relative advantage of the existence of abundant natural gas and due to its special geographical location. Usually, the goal of creating a growth hub is to first focus capital and energy on a post-development center to spread the effects of this development to neighboring areas. . The entry of industry into this region has had different consequences that can be recognized in different dimensions. The industry, along with its accessories, has not had any social background in which it has grown, and secondly, little effort has been made to link the new life to the traditional perspective by focusing on local and regional development. . In fact, the great defeat of industry in the Assaluyeh region is sustainable development, which has been at the forefront of development for nearly two decades. Most countries in the world consider themselves obliged to create it. We move quickly and in the opposite direction. The general and basic goal of this study is to investigate the socio-cultural factors affecting the sustainable development of the city in Assaluyeh.
Methodology:
From the point of view of purpose, the present research is of an applied type and is a descriptive research of the survey type and within the framework of theoretical principles. The survey method was used to collect information and a questionnaire was used to collect the necessary data. The statistical population is the number of people living in Assaluyeh, which according to the 1397 population and housing census is 15357 people. The sample size is 397 according to the calculations. The sampling method is simple random. In this study, Cronbach's alpha coefficient was used to estimate the reliability of the research instrument.
research findings:
Results and discussion:
The regression equation is related to the variable estimation analysis of the rate of environmental behaviors to predict the sustainable urban development variable. The results show that in this equation, the value of T for this variable is equal to (T = 44.44) and the significance coefficient is (Sig.T = 0.000). The determination coefficient was = 0.25. This variable was able to explain the value of 0.06 of the internal changes of the sustainable urban development variable. The regression equation is related to the analysis of the independent variable estimation of the tendency to participate to predict the variable of sustainable urban development. The results show that in this equation, the value of T for this variable is equal to (T = 4.56) and the significance coefficient (Sig = 0.000). The determination coefficient was = 0.25. This variable was able to explain the value of 0.06 of the internal changes of the sustainable urban development variable. The regression equation is related to the analysis of the estimated variable of leisure time to predict the variable of sustainable urban development. The results show that in this equation, the value of T for this variable is equal (T = 4.74) and the significance coefficient is (Sig = 0.000). The coefficient of determination was = 0.28. This variable was able to explain the value of 0.88 of the internal changes of the sustainable urban development variable.
The last regression equation is related to the multiple analysis of independent variables to predict the sustainable development variable of the city. The results show that the three variables in this equation were good governance, social participation and citizenship rights. The T-test shows that the beta coefficient is significant for these three variables. The first variable entered in this regression equation is good governance. The results show that there is a high correlation between this variable and sustainable urban development, so that the value of T for this variable is (T = 2.92) and the significance factor (Sig = 0.000). In the second stage, the amount of social participation entered into the equation, the value of T for this variable is equal (T = 23.23) and the significance coefficient (Sig.T = 0.000). In the third step, with the entry of the third variable, ie citizenship rights, the value of T is equal to (T = 2.03) and the significance coefficient is (Sig = 0.000). At this stage, the coefficient of determination was = 0.36. Together, these three variables were able to explain 0.36 of the internal variables of the dependent variable.
Conclusion:
Unlike oil-rich cities in other parts of the country, where cities in oil-rich areas have been born by exploring and exploiting their resources and have begun the process of growth and development, the southern cities of Bushehr province are due to the diversity of sea-related functions. They do not have a one-dimensional economy and have started their development before the establishment of the Rand oil industry. The aim of this study was to investigate the socio-cultural factors affecting the process of sustainable development in Asaluyeh city of Hormozgan province. The study showed that the city is in a good condition in terms of infrastructure services, facilities and living facilities, and due to the arrival of huge industrial investments in this area, civil infrastructure and livelihood facilities have entered the city as far as the affairs are concerned. They had a relative satisfaction. It is also far from sustainable development and its indicators in terms of governance and citizenship rights. What has most affected the lives of citizens in the meantime is economic growth and the relative improvement of citizens' incomes. The summary of the results shows that in the city under study, independent variables such as the use of mass media with coefficients (5 = 215 = 215), the use of books and magazines (6/29/29), expertise and skills (3/07/07), Good governance (6/6/65), environmental behaviors (4/4/44), willingness to participate (4/6/56), citizenship rights (9/02/09) and leisure time (4/7/74). Thus, internal changes have predicted a variable of sustainable urban development, with economic factors playing the most important role.
