طیف بندی و سنجش فضایی مراکز انتظامی و نقش آنها در پهنه ی جرم ‏ با رویکرد ‏MCDM‏ مطالعه موردی کلانشهر اهواز

چکیده

‎امروزه در تمامی شهرهای جهان، به ویژه کلان‌شهرها، افزایش نرخ جرم و جنایت نگران کننده است و به یکی از دغدغه-‏های مهم شهروندان، نهادها و رهبران و مقامات سیاسی، اجتماعی و اقتصادی جوامع تبدیل شده است. حضور‎ ‎مستمر‎ ‎و‎ ‎فعال‎ ‎نیروی‎ ‎انتظامی‎ ‎نقش‎ ‎موثری‎ ‎در‎ ‎برقراری‎ ‎امنیت و‎ ‎آرامش‎ ‎در‎ ‎سطح‎ ‎شهرها‎ ‎دارد. که البته این حضور کمی ‏و کیفی نیروی انتظامی متاثر از استاندارد آن نیز می‌باشد. بنابراین‎ ‎توزیع‎ ‎عادلانه‎ ‎و مکفی مراکز‎ ‎انتظامی‎ ‎در‎ ‎فضاهای‎ ‎شهری‎ ‎عامل‎ ‎مهمی‎ ‎جهت‎ ‎تحقق‎ ‎این‎ ‎نیاز اساسی(ایجاد امنیت)‏‎ ‎می‎ ‎باشد. بر اساس ضرورت پژوهش حاضر با ماهیت توسعه‌ای – کاربردی و ‏روش آن ترکیبی از روشهای کتابخانه‌ای، میدانی، توصیفی وتحلیلی می‌باشد. از آنجا که هدف اصلی آن بررسی استاندارد و سرانه ‏نیروی انتظامی و نقش آن در پهنه بندی زمانی – مکانی جرم می‌باشد با استفاده از روش های کمی و ابزارهای شامل ‏‎ ArcGIS، ‏SPSS، ‏TOPSIS، ‏VIKOR، ‏Moran، ‏Antropy‏ به بررسی موضوع پرداخته است. نتایج تحقیق نشان داده است کاربری‎ ‎های انتظامی‎ ‎در‎ ‎شهر‎ ‎اهواز‎ ‎که‎ ‎سرانه‎ ‎این‎ ‎کاربری‎ ‎‏ 0.042 متر‎ ‎مربع‎ ‎می‎ ‎باشد‎ ‎کمتر‎ ‎از‎ ‎سرانه‎ ‎استاندارد (1) متر‏‎ ‎مربع بوده و‎ ‎در‎ ‎این‎ ‎بخش‎ ‎با‎ ‎کمبود‎ ‎خدمات‎ ‎به‎ ‎میزان 950995.46‏‎ ‎متر‎ ‎مربع ‏‎ ‎مواجه‎ ‎هستیم‎.‎‏ و بر اساس مدل ‏VIKOR‏ منطق یک کلانشهر اهواز در ‏رتبه یک پایداری قرار گرفته است. و در مقابل منطقه 2 شهر در رتبه آخر امنیت قرار گرفته است.‏‎ ‎‏ همچنین بر اساس نتایج بیضی ‏انحراف معیار سرقت با زاویه کمی در جهت جنوب غربی-شمال شرقی امتداد یافته است، زیرا تمرکز نقاط جرم در قسمت جنوب ‏غربی شامل کلانتری 15، 19، 27 و 33 است.‏

چکیده [English]

‎ Police continued presence and active role in establishing security and peace in the cities. Of course, ‎the presence of qualitative and quantitative standard can also be affected by the police force. Therefore ‎police equitable distribution centers in urban areas is an important factor for the realization of basic ‎needs (security) services. Based on the nature of the research is necessary to study the issue of ‎development - and its applications combination of library, field, is descriptive analysis. Since the main ‎objective standard review and arbitrary the police force and its role in of crime (time - place) is also ‎combined with other effective measures in this regard, to examine the issue. Statistics / mathematics and ‎numerous applications are required. The most important of these tools include ArcGIS, SPSS, TOPSIS, ‎VIKOR, Moran, Antropy is. The statistical community police centers in of Ahvaz metropolitan area ‎encompasses eight municipalities. The results show that per capita users of police in the city of of ‎Ahvaz User is 0.042 square meters per capita is less than the standard (1) square meters. And in this ‎section we are facing a shortage of services in the amount of 950,995.46 square meters. Based on the ‎results VIKOR model used in of Ahvaz logic Metropolis is a city in place a sustainable development. ‎And in last place in the Region 2 City development is located. It should be noted Metropolis of Ahvaz ‎Studies rise in crime in relation to sustainable urban development is evaluated on the basis of relevant ‎indicators. Also according to the standard deviation of theft a sharp angle extends to south-western ‎Northeast, Because the focus of the of crime in the southwestern part of the station 15, 19, 27 and 33.‎
