بازتعریف مسیرهای گردشگری در بافت تاریخی بازار تهران

چکیده

حفظ و احیا بافت‌های تاریخی همواره مهمترین دغدغه‌های شهرسازان در دوره‌های مختلف بوده‌است. رونق صنعت گردشگری یکی از راه‌های حفظ و احیا این گونه بافت‌ها، می‌باشد چرا که با وجود پیشرفت تکنولوژی و ساخت فضاهای شهری جدید، بافت‌های قدیمی و تاریخی همچنان نقاط عطف شهرها هستند و اغلب تمایل گردشگری در این فضاها و مکان‌ها بیشتر است. از دیگر سو، تعریف و باز تعریف مسیرهای گردشگری پیاده در این بافت‌ها می‌تواند باعث ایجاد جریان زندگی در کالبد قدیم شود و از فرسودگی عینی و ذهنی بافت جلوگیری کنند. بافت تاریخی بازار تهران با قدمت بیش از 200 سال دارای ظرفیت‌های مناسب گردشگری پیاده است و هر روزه میزبان گردشگران مختلف بوده، اما فقدان مسیرهای گردشگری مناسب باعث متروکه شدن، فراموشی و مورد بازدید قرار نگرفتن بخش‌های از این محدوده شده‌است. مقاله حاضر با هدف و ماهیت کاربردی، بررسی مسیرهای پیاده گردشگری بافت تاریخی بازار تهران را هدف اصلی خود قرار داده‌است و در چهار بخش متوالی با استفاده از تئوری گراف، الگوهای رفتاری غالب را به صورت یک مسئله برنامه ریزی خطی توسط نرم افزارGIS معادل سازی نموده و در نهایت 10 مسیر استخراج نموده‌است. در ادامه جهت الویت‌بندی و دسته بندی مسیرها، از مدل چند معیاره ویکور استفاده شده و ده مسیر در غالب سه دسته، مسیرهای گردشگری تجاری، فرهنگی و آیینی دسته‌بندی و برای هر دسته یک مسیر پیشنهادی در نرم افزارGIS طراحی و ارائه شده‌است. نتایج تحقیق نشان می‌دهد که مسیرهای گردشگری تجاری 70 درصد الگوهای رفتاری محدوده را در برگرفته‌است که با تعریف مسیرهای گردشگری هدفمند، می‌توان ضمن تامین اهداف گردشگری، مسبب بازدید از دیگر بناها و بافت‌های قدیمی شد.

Preservation and revival of historical contexts has always been the most important concerns of urban planners in different periods. The prosperity of the tourism industry is one of the ways to preserve and revive such textures, because despite the advancement of technology and the construction of new urban spaces, old and historical textures are still landmarks of cities and often tourism tends to be more in these spaces and places. On the other hand, defining and redefining pedestrian tourism routes in these contexts can create the flow of life in the old body and prevent objective and mental burnout of the context. The historical context of Tehran Bazaar, which is more than 200 years old, has suitable capacities for pedestrian tourism and hosts different tourists every day, but the lack of suitable tourist routes has caused abandonment, forgetting and not visiting parts of this area. With the aim and practical nature, the present article aims to study the tourist trails of the historical context of Tehran Bazaar and in four consecutive sections, using graph theory, equates the dominant behavioral patterns as a linear programming problem by GIS software. And finally extracted 10 paths. In order to prioritize and categorize the routes, the ViKor multi-criteria model is used and ten routes in the form of three categories, commercial, cultural and ritual tourism routes are classified and for each category, a proposed route is designed and presented in GIS software. The results show that commercial tourism routes cover 70% of the behavioral patterns of the area, which by defining targeted tourism routes, while providing tourism goals, can lead to visits to other old buildings and structures.
