تحلیل عدالت فضایی در برخورداری از تسهیلات شهری با استفاده از مدل های کمی، فضایی و خودهمبستگی موران (منطقه مورد مطالعه: اصفهان)

چکیده

با افزایش رشد جمعیت، فقدان مراکز خدمات کافی و آشفتگی در توزیع و مکان یابی تسهیلات شهری، مسایل عمده ای هستند که شهرها با آن روبه رو هستند. . چشم انداز توسعه فضایی، نمایانگر عدم تعادل های فضایی تمرکز جمعیت و نابرابری در برخورداری از کاربری خدمات و تسهیلات شهری در مناطق 15 گانه شهر اصفهان است. در راستای چنین ضرورتی رعایت عدالت فضایی و دستیابی به فرصت های برابر از اولویت های اساسی در این مناطق پانزده گانه می باشد. هدف از پژوهش حاضر بررسی و تعیین نحوة تخصیص و تمرکز منابع و خدمات شهری با تأکید بر رویکرد نابرابری فضایی در مناطق پانزده می باشد. نتایج نشان داد مناطقی که از نظر برخورداری در سطح بسیار خوب قرار داشتند شامل منطقه (1 و 3)، مناطقی با برخورداری نسبتا خوب شامل مناطق (8، 2، 9، 13، 5، 6 و 10) و مناطقی با برخورداری ضعیف شامل مناطق (2، 15، 4 و 12) می باشند و برای پراکنش مکانی خدمات و تسهیلات مناطق پانزده گانه شهر اصفهان از الگوی خود همبستگی موران استفاده شد. در حالی که نتایج براساس این الگو نشان داد که میزان ضریب موران برای مراکز خدمات درمانی و بهداشتی عدد 034492/0 درصد را نشان داد. اما برای مراکز خدماتی میزان این نوع شاخص عدد 294227/0 درصد بدست آمد و الگوی پراکنش آن به حالت خوشه ای توزیع شد. میزان ضریب موران برای مراکز تجاری و اقتصادی برابر عدد 032551/0 درصد بوده است و الگوی پراکنش خود همبستگی مکانی این نوع خدمات به صورت تصادفی توزیع یافته است و میزان ضریب موران آن 032551/0 درصد بدست آمد و الگوی پراکنش خود همبستگی مراکز حمل و نقل که به صورت خوشه ای در منلطق پانزده گانه شهر اصفهان توزیع شده و ضریب موران آن عدد 22551/0 درصد را نشان داد.

چکیده [English]

With increasing population growth, lack of adequate service centers, and confusion in the distribution and location of urban facilities are major issues facing cities. The perspective of spatial development shows the spatial imbalances of population concentration and inequality in the use of urban services and facilities in the 15 districts of Isfahan. In line with such a necessity, observing spatial justice and achieving equal opportunities is one of the main priorities in these fifteen regions. The purpose of this study is to investigate and determine the allocation and concentration of urban resources and services with emphasis on the approach of spatial inequality in fifteen regions. The results showed that the areas with very good enjoyment included areas (1 and 3), areas with relatively good enjoyment including areas (8, 2, 9, 13, 5, 6 and 10) and areas with poor enjoyment including Areas (2, 15, 4 and 12) and for the spatial distribution of services and facilities in the fifteen districts of Isfahan, the Moran correlation model was used. While the results based on this model showed that the Moran coefficient for health care centers showed the number 0.04492 percent. But for service centers, the amount of this type of index was 0.294227 percent and its distribution pattern was distributed in cluster mode. The Moran coefficient for commercial and economic centers was equal to 0.032551 percent and the distribution pattern of spatial autocorrelation of this type of service was randomly distributed and the Moran coefficient was 0.02551 percent and the self-correlation distribution pattern of transportation centers was The citation was distributed as a cluster in the fifteen regions of Isfahan and its Moran coefficient showed the number 0.22551%.
