Among these, the towns of Azadi, Rezvan, Azadegan and Hafez due to having favorable conditions in all three dimensions of stability studied have the most positive impact and in contrast to Molabashi and Molayosef neighborhoods because they are informal settlements in all three dimensions of causal stability. Especially in environmental dimension, they have the most negative impact on the studied criteria.
