Abstract
The concept of landscape as a dynamic phenomenon that is changing along with the evolution of the city, provides the grounds for the formation of an environment that can move in the direction of sustainability; But the lack of such an attitude and the non-adherence of urban development policies with the capacity of infrastructure and the changing needs of society over time, lead to the creation of undesirable landscapes and spaces, which become the biggest problem for the continuation of the life of the city. Based on what was discussed, this article seeks to know the relationship and how the "landscape urbanism approach and thinking" is effective in upgrading and improving urban livability at the macro level. Presenting a model of making cities livable through the application of landscape urban planning principles is the main goal of the article. In this article, in the theoretical foundations section, in order to gain more knowledge, various theories have been used, and in the stages of knowledge, to investigate and understand the 3rd region of Qazvin, and then by examining a questionnaire on the impact of landscape and livability indicators using Mic software. MAC is discussed in improving the future conditions and the physical characteristics of the project site, architectural and urban planning information of the region, site analysis through SWOT and QSPM are said, and finally, strategies for planning and designing a successful project are given by Scenario Wizard software for the future.
The important finding of the research is that the four main indicators of improving urban sustainability in connection with landscaping are: immigration control, gradual growth of productivity, improvement of the quantity and quality of activities that include attention to landscaping, and gradual growth of infrastructure and upgrading of the level In the end, physical and social capitals were presented to achieve favorable conditions for infrastructure and superstructure proposals.
