تبیین مفهومیِ ماهیت ادارک در نظریه های برنامه ریزی شهری: آشکار سازی نقش انسان و محیط

چکیده

در علوم معاصر، دستیابی به شناختی چندبعدی، مفهومی و مبتنی بر ماهیت، نسبت به موضوعات بین رشته ای، یکی از مهمترین راهکارهای غلبه بر پیچیدگی و گستردگیِ این گونه مسائل بنیادین است. به عنوان نمونه، مسائلی از نوع دغدغة ادراک مشترک، بین رشته های محیط پایه ایجاد شده است. در این بین مساله شناخت جایگاه ادراک محیطی به واسطه تاثیرگذاری بنیادین در نظریه های برنامه ریزی شهری، نیازی بین رشته ای است که، پاسخی همجنس با خود نیز طلب میکند. از سویی دیگر تمامی سطوح زندگی شهری وابستگی مستقیم و آنی به چارچوب شناختی برنامه ریزان از عوامل و نقش ادراک محیطی دارد. بر این اساس پژوهش حاضربدنبال تبیین جایگاه ادراک محیطی در نظریه های برنامه ریزی شهری، با رویکردی ژرف و چند وجهی به گونه ای است که منجر به شکل گیری یک چارچوب شناختی گردد. این کلان پژوهی، به روش تحلیل محتوای کیفی جهت دار، با کمک نرم‌افزار کمک پژوهشی MAX QDA به منظور دستیابی به شبکه ارتباطات مفهومی، سعی در هم افزا کردن عوامل و مقولات کرده است. مدل سازی ترکیبی از ارتباط دو عنصر انسان و محیط در فضای تعاملی میان محیط و برنامه ریزی شهری، حاکی از مولفه های هویت، همه شمولی و زیست پذیری در بعد محیطی و مولفه های پیاده مداری، نفع همگانی و مشارکت پذیری در بعد انسانی می باشد همچنین، ماهیت ادارک محیطی، دارای هوشمندی برآمده از چالش های موضوعی شهرسازی شامل پاسخگویی، یکپارچگی، زمینه گرایی، فرآیند گرایی، ساختارمندی و تعریف ناشدگی می باشد. براین اساس، پاسخ نظریه های برنامه ریزی شهری، به فرآیند ادارک محیطیِ متناظر با خود، باعث ایجاد سه نسل متفاوت از نظریات شده است.

چکیده [English]

In contemporary sciences, achieving a multidimensional, conceptual and based cognitive approach to interdisciplinary subjects is one of the most important strategies to overcome the complexity and spread of such fundamental problems. For instance, issues of common perception concern have been created between the disciplines of the basic environment. Considering that all interventions in the building sector are formed based on the core of theoretical foundations, it is possible to see the reflection of this evolution in urban planning theories. In the meantime, the issue of recognizing the place of environmental perception due to its fundamental influence in urban planning theories is an interdisciplinary need that requires a similar answer. On the other hand, all levels of urban life have a direct and immediate dependence on the planners' cognitive framework of factors and the role of environmental perception. As a result, it is necessary to carry out this research to achieve a comprehensive solution. So The current research seeks to explain the place of environmental perception in urban planning theories, with a deep and multifaceted approach to the form of a cognitive framework. This Fundamental research is based on Directed qualitative content analysis and categories with the help of MAX-QDA research aid software, in order to achieve a conceptual communication network, to improve the factors and categories. In the human dimension, the nature of environmental management has intelligence emerging from thematic challenges of urban development, including responsiveness, integration, context orientation, process orientation, structuralism, and undecideds. Therefore, the response of urban planning theories to the process of environmental management corresponding to itself has caused the creation of three different generations of theories.
