Abstract
Urban livability is one of the approaches that seek to reduce the environmental, economic and social problems of cities based on their needs and capacities. Today, livability has become a guiding principle in most developed countries within the framework of sustainability discourse in urban planning and policymaking. In this regard, the aim of the present research is to evaluate livability indicators Kermanshah is a historical city. According to the nature of the subject and the objectives of the subject, the type of applied research and the approach governing the research space is "descriptive-analytical". The statistical population of this research is all the residents of the historical context of Kermanshah city, which are generally 300 people of the total statistical population. To analyze the sample t-test, frequency tables, percentages, column charts, mean and standard deviation have been used to analyze the findings. The results of the t-test analysis are variable; It shows that the values of the t test and the value of the resulting significance levels for all the indicators which are less than (0.05) 0.000 sig) mean that from the point of view of the respondents, the level of enjoyment of the historical texture of Kermanshah city in terms of the livability indicators of the texture History in line with sustainable development is lower than average. The indicators of housing, economy, employment and participation are the weakest indicators in terms of livability indicators of the historical context due to inappropriate and non-standard housing and lack of job opportunities and poverty, people's lack of trust in the decisions of urban management in the historical context. in line with sustainable development in Kermanshah city; Therefore, the indicators of housing, economy, employment and participation are not in a good condition and have weaknesses.
