Abstract
The deficiencies in the provision of services in the city reduce the welfare factor cause crime and, as a result, destroy the social order necessary for collective life. Therefore, in order to achieve social justice, observing the principles related to spatial balance and reasonable distribution of urban services is a requirement that should be given more attention by urban and regional planners. Therefore, the purpose of the current research is the spatial distribution of urban services on the occurrence of crime in Sari city. The method and method of research in this research are descriptive and analytical in terms of the applied goal and in terms of the study method which is based on case research and the type of relational analysis is correlational. Research indicators were analyzed using GIS, SPSS, Shannon entropy, and correlation tests. The results of the correlation analysis between the research and the incidence of crime among the people of Sari showed that urban services, economic capital, and social capital have a direct relationship with an inverse relationship and cultural capital. In this research, a 4x4 matrix was formed to weight the indicators of urban services, economic capital, cultural capital, and social capital against the four regions. According to this method, in the city of Sari, the social capital index has the highest weight and the economic capital index has the lowest weight. Finally, the map of the crime space distribution to the regions of Sari City showed that Region 1 is the most dangerous and Region 4 the least dangerous region in Sari City, which can be counted using urban planning in Sari City. Identifying the weaknesses and strengths of the mentioned areas reduced the crime in the city of Sari to ensure order and security in all four areas of the city of Sari.
