امکان سنجی و اولویت‌بندی جاذبه‌های گردشگری جهت جذب گردشگر (نمونه موردی: شهرستان باغملک)

چکیده

توسعه گردشگری در روستاها، گسترش فرصت‌های شغلی، ایجاد درآمد اضافی و فقرزدایی را در مناطق روستایی به ارمغان می‌آورد، و مزایای فرهنگی و زیست - محیطی نیز به دنبال دارد، اما همواره خلأ برنامه‌ریزی کارآمد، در سیاست-های توسعه روستایی برای فراهم آوری، یا یک َپارچه کردن گردشگری، احساس می‌شود. بر این اساس، هدف اصلی این تحقیق، امکان‌سنجی و اولویت‌بندی جاذبه‌های گردشگری جهت جذب گردشگری در شهرستان باغملک است. جهت امکان سنجی جاذبه‌های گردشگری، از تکنیک SWOT و جهت اولویت‌بندی جاذبه‌های گردشگری و مشخص نمودن اوزان شاخص ها از ابزار پرسشنامه در مدل Visual Promethee,SPSS,FAHP استفاده شد. جامعه آماری مورد نیاز پژوهش شامل، 130 نفر گردشگر، 40 نفر کارشناس و 150 نفر از اهالی شهرستان باغملک بوده‌اند. نتایج نشان داد که امکانسنجی گردشگری شهرستان باغملک در ماتریس راهبردها و اولویت‌های اجرایی، تعیین کننده راهبرد تهاجمی (SO) (نقاط قوت و فرصت) است. این بدان معنی است که شهرستان باغملک از لحاظ گردشگری در موقعیت مناسبی قرار دارد که می‌تواند از یک طرف با استفاده از توانمندی‌ها و از طرف دیگر با بهره‌گیری از فرصت‌های پیشرو، نقاط ضعف و تهدیدها را کاهش داده و جهت توسعه گردشگری اقدام کرد. همچنین براساس نتایج یه دست آمده از تکنیک پرومته، در محدوده مورد مطالعه، منطقه گردشگری مال آقا، از لحاظ جاذبه‌های طبیعی، تاریخی و فرهنگی در اولویت اول گردشگران و امامزاده عبدالله در اولویت دوم قرار گرفت.براساس نتایج یه دست آمده از تکنیک پرومته، در محدوده مورد مطالعه، منطقه گردشگری مال آقا، از لحاظ جاذبه‌های طبیعی، تاریخی و فرهنگی در اولویت اول گردشگران و امامزاده عبدالله در اولویت دوم قرار گرفت

چکیده [English]

The development of rural tourism brings with it the expansion of job opportunities, the generation of surplus income, poverty alleviation in rural areas, and cultural and environmental benefits. However, there is always an effective planning gap in policies. Rural development is felt to provide or integrate tourism. Accordingly, the primary purpose of this study is to assess the feasibility and prioritization of tourist attractions to attract tourism in Baghmalek city. To evaluate the feasibility of tourist attractions, SWOT technique, and prioritize tourist attractions and determine the weights of indicators, a questionnaire was used in the Visual Promethee, SPSS, FAHP model. The statistical population required for the study included 130 tourists, 40 experts, and 150 residents of Baghmalek. The results showed that the feasibility study of tourism in Baghmalek city in the matrix of strategies and executive priorities determines the offensive strategy (SO) (strengths and opportunities). This means that Baghmalek city is in a good position in terms of tourism, which can reduce weaknesses and threats on the one hand by using the capabilities and, on the other hand, by taking advantage of leading opportunities. Took action to develop tourism.
